Korda - Silicone Tube Weed 0.5mm

Korda Silicone Tube (0.5mm, Weed (green)) is a fine-bore silicone tubing used over the hook shank or hooklink components in carp rig construction. Sliding a short length of silicone tube over the shank of a hook keeps the hair and hooklink in position, ensuring the rig mechanics function correctly on every cast.

Silicone tube is particularly useful in shrink tube-style rig presentations and is also used to lock rig rings, anti-tangle sleeves, and other small components in place on the hook shank. The flexible silicone material holds components securely without putting unnecessary stress on the line or hook. The weed colourway provides effective camouflage against green aquatic vegetation.
